Raising the Bar with Customer Service

With our continued commitment to improved Customer Service, we have completed roll out of our CRM (customer relationship management) system which now forms the backbone of the business. Working with Phil Cox @ Positive Business Development, we have adhered to best practice process thus raising the customer experience in both service & quality.

CRM is a system to manage all interactions with our current and future customers. Our software of choice was the Sage CRM system which integrates with our existing Sage 200 accounting software.

In addition to our CRM system, we have also introduced a feedback system on our website. The feedback button can be found in the bottom-right corner of the site where you can leave comments and suggest as to how we can further improve our site.
