We’re excited to share one of our tailored case and packaging solutions for the medical industry—our specialized implant trays! A valued medical client entrusted us with their implant samples, and our talented design team meticulously measured and programmed these into our advanced CAD system. Once we digitised the profiles, our CNC router expertly crafted them from high-density polyethylene foam, beautifully laminated with PVC. To top it all off, we screen-printed the names and references of each implant directly onto the PVC, ensuring clarity and professionalism. We take pride in delivering innovative solutions that truly meet our clients’ needs!
With an in-house design team and advanced computer aided design and CNC routing facilities, we can produce custom foam interiors to house implant samples, instruments and any other equipment.
