Trifibre Motosport Flight Cases and MAX Cases– Team Brit Blog
Team BRIT recently achieved another milestone towards their goal by racing their new Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 at Le Mans in the Aston Martin Festival. As part of Trifibre’s sponsorship we have supplied flight cases and MAX waterproof cases to the team to help with their operations during race meets.
On the back of their recent progress we thought it would be a good moment to ask Team BRIT how the cases we supplied have helped Team BRIT. Al Locke, their race engineer kindly provided the following comments…
“The cases we have from you are used in 3 ways – custom cases for our tools and setup equipment, top loading box style cases for spare parts, and my personal favourite – the two racks of Euro crate drawers.
With a large investment in equipment we needed a way to protect our tooling. This is for protection from damage, and also to make sure the calibration of the affected isn’t affected in transit. Having such well constructed cases from Trifibre gives us the ultimate protection, but additionally they look smart and professional.
Due to the portability of the cases our load in/load out times have been cut in half. This means our technicians have more time on the ground to focus on the car, and when the cases are in use the pit garage is much much easier to keep neat and organised. This is important for aesthetic reasons of course, but also it makes our workflow much more streamlined – everything has a place, and the place is the same no matter where we are in the world, so we can find tools and equipment far faster during a race, when every tenth of a second counts.”
At Trifibre we are proud to hear such fantastic feedback as to how our custom flight cases and MAX cases can help to improve logistics and product protection across so many applications. If you think we can help you or your business with our wide variety of casing solutions please don’t hesitate to contact our sales team.
