Today we are pleased to have accepted delivery of our brand new foam welding machine. We hope to have the machine in place and operational within the next few weeks.
The new twin conveyor machine can quickly bond foam layers and foam inserts together with extreme accuracy. Not only does this make the layering of custom foam inserts and foam pads much quicker and more accurate but it does this without the need for glue. The strong bond is created using heat creating a strong and even bond between layers without the risk of glue overspilling at the joins.
Custom foam inserts and padding play a key role in many of our flight cases, moulded cases and padded bags to ensure the ultimate protection for our customer’s equipment on the road or in storage.
