Our flight cases are manufactured in the UK to high quality standards by Trifibre. These cases are strong but also lightweight making them ideal to protect your valuable instrument while gigging or on tour. Yes, we can most definitely manufacture a case to suit your Korg sp250, it would include the foam and the compartment for the power supply etc. We have a "Custom Made Keyboard Flight Case" option on our website, once you have chosen how many keys your keyboard has and selected other options including wheels and label dish, the price will update. Before adding it to your cart you will have to provide the make and model of your keyboard and we will design and build the case to suit it. As your model is slightly older, we would recommend following your order up with either an email or phone call to us to provide the link to your specific model. Hi Jez, thanks for your question! Our keyboard flight cases interiors consist of a combination of foam lining and foam blocks to fit your specific keyboard/synthesiser, so no, it does not have pick and pluck foam and you will not have to adjust any of the interior.
