Hi Adam, thanks for your question! Yes, these cases are empty as standard but through the office you can order layers of 20mm plain soft foam (enough to fill the case). You can then cut the foam to fit your items. We also offer custom foam inserts which we machine in house to specifically fit the items inside the case.
