Available in a range of densities and colours, Plastazote® foams are designed for top performance and reduced weight. The foam’s lack of chemical agents and uniform cell structure and density enable Zotefoams to provide the world’s lightest crosslinked foams.
Ecozote offers similar performance to Plastazote foam but contains 30% recycled material. It is a closed-cell cross-linked low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam. Ecozote is perfect for high-performance foam inserts for cases and other specialised protective packaging.
Polyurethane foams are less expensive, whilst offering suitable integrity for the packaging of fragile items. Polyurethane foam is an open-cell foam, which means it has a porous structure. This type of foam lends itself well to large runs of pressed foam inserts created using a press tool, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
Cross-Linked Polyethylene foam, commonly referred to as PE Foam, is a versatile material that is manufactured in sheets and rolls. We use state of the art CAD/CAM software for programming our CNC machines. We can also accept customer supplied CAD in all major formats including AutoCAD® DWG, DXF, Solidworks, STP and IGES.
