Using our in house printing facilities, we are able to customise most of our products to match your corporate branding. The different methods used to achieve this include, silk screen printing, embroidering, digital printing and CNC engraving.
What Is Screen Printing?
Screen Printing involves transferring a stenciled design burned onto a mesh screen onto a panel or fabric. It is an ideal and cost effective way to brand products with vivid and bold logos and can be used on soft bags or hard cases.
What Is UV Digital Printing?
UV Digital Printing can create clear, detailed and durable images on hard case panels or fabrics with high accuracy and speed. The UV machine uses an ultraviolet light to dry the ink as the it is applied.
What Is CNC Engraving?
By using smaller engraving tools fitted to one of our CNC machines Trifibre can engrave logos into a case panel or foam insert to create leave a permanent image with a clean and precise look.
What Is Embroidery?
A logo file can be uploaded to our embroidery machine to sew detailed and intricate logos onto fabric and padded bag panels using various coloured threads.
A variety of case colours are available for flight cases, moulded plastic cases and padded bags, to ensure the customisation of cases meet your corporate branding.
We accept artwork in all major graphic formats including JPG, EPS AI and PSD. We also accept customer designs supplied CAD, in all major formats including AutoCAD DWG, DXF, Solidworks, STP and IGES.
We’re experts in aerospace packaging solutions with nearly 40 years of experience. Our in-house design and technical team take your project from concept to completion, all being managed with in our 70,000 sq ft UK based facility.
